Stock items ordered before 2.30pm will be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. After 2:30pm goods are despatched by a next day delivery service. For the South Island it may take two days from departure.

Please call if you need the goods by a certain date and our team will do everything possible to meet your requirement.

Non-stock items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. The despatch date for non-stock items will be included on the order confirmation, which will be sent by e-mail shortly after receipt of your order or the next working day.

Items shown with no prices cannot be ordered on line – please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Installation is typically carried out by the purchaser or their appointed tradesperson.

Pizazz does provide a limited installation service within the greater Auckland region. Installation quotes include the cost of delivering the goods. Please phone for a quotation on 09 361 000.

We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

All prices and delivery charges on our site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand GST (if any). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If this should happen after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it.

All products are covered under a 12-month warranty. We shall repair, or at our sole discretion, replace defective goods free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
• we are notified of the defect within 12 months of delivery;
• the defect is due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship and not due to normal wear and tear;
• goods to be repaired or replaced are returned to Pizazz Limited at the Buyer’s expense.

Pizazz Limited shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Buyer for any loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the Buyer or for any loss or damage to or caused by the products supplied by Pizazz Limited.

Remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed the price of the products supplied.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, closure of ports or airports, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of New Zealand and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand.
